How to export a transcript

Once you have transcribed your first file, it is time to export the transcript.

The process is also straightforward; we will tell you about it below.

Export a transcription

Once you have finished editing the transcript, if necessary, click the “Export” button below.

A popup will open to configure your download.

You can choose to download in .txt or .docx format.

You can download up to 5 transcripts in the free version and unlimited in the PRO version.

You can also choose to include the speakers and timestamps, either just one of them or just the text.

Click on “Export” and select the location to save your transcript.

Click on Save, and you are done.
